This is not a fact; it is defamation~

Recently on this forum,

I have seen many false comments and accusations,

and there are also clearly identifiable targets (this OP is the company's marketing employee),

so the content has already violated Article 309 of the Criminal Code concerning public insult, as well as aggravated defamation under Article 310.

commented:

They are so idle at work that they watch costume dramas

and earn higher salaries than us

This poster does not understand the content of marketing work.

In fact, marketing work is very busy and not idle at all.

It often happens that all my colleagues have left work while I am the only one working overtime.

Former colleagues often left work earlier than I did, so how could they understand the hardships of other people's work?

The poster also said of me: “So idle at work that I watch costume dramas.”

This allegation is even more an unsupported and untrue act of defamation.

Consider that the company has an open-plan office, surrounded by colleagues and supervisors.

Everyone is working very seriously.

I do not know why this poster has such a misunderstanding and makes such accusations.

My supervisors and colleagues and I respect one another,

and I am courteous and polite; I have never stabbed anyone in the back.

Yet I have been publicly insulted by this poster, who referred to me as “someone who only knows how to curry favor.”

This poster stated:

“Most of my colleagues are pretty good,

except for the boss's dog in marketing.”

This poster directly called me the boss's dog.

I am a person, not a dog.

This statement has seriously insulted my dignity.

No one should demean a colleague by calling them a dog.

The law does not grant anyone the right to insult others.

Article 309 of the Criminal Code
