Everyone is very nice, but many colleagues have become quite lazy and cut corners, so it is impossible to make progress together.
There are four people at the top—the chairman, general manager, vice president, and executive assistant—and they often have different opinions, making it impossible to reach a final decision. As a result, many things are simply delayed again and again~~~
The chairman has very high standards for design and will sit beside you, asking you to revise every detail bit by bit. A single graphic may take a month to revise, only for it not to be used afterward, so much of the work ends up being for nothing. Colleagues also often like to pretend they understand things they do not; even though they are outsiders, they still like to give orders. However, if you follow what they say, it is basically the shortcut approach: you can finish quickly, but if the chairman does not like it, you still have to redo it. Basically, the biggest certainty is that work here is inefficient, and colleagues lack enthusiasm and ability. Coming here will only make you regress, but if you no longer want to improve, you are welcome to join.
