The chairman has very high standards for design and will sit beside you, asking you to revise every detail bit by bit. A single graphic may take a month to revise, only for it not to be used afterward, so much of the work ends up being for nothing. Colleagues also often like to pretend they understand things they do not; even though they are outsiders, they still like to give orders. However, if you follow what they say, it is basically the shortcut approach: you can finish quickly, but if the chairman does not like it, you still have to redo it. Basically, the biggest certainty is that work here is inefficient, and colleagues lack enthusiasm and ability.
