The starting salary for front desk staff in the Guest Services Department is 25K–27K (including Japanese proficiency levels 1–4). There is no differential treatment—terrible! PS: The night shift allowance is +2,500/month; even with full allowances, it is still under 30K (miserable).
The starting salary in the Engineering Department is 28K–35K. Internal conflict is severe, and the interior renovations at opening were extremely poor. They can never finish cleaning up the mess left by the previous administration. The company only focuses on saving money, and all the materials ordered are of very poor quality. Repairs are being carried out every day, and equipment is being replaced every day—terrible!
The typhoon season is coming again. I estimate that the rooms will once again be leaking like crazy and require repairs.
The starting salary for room attendants in the Housekeeping Department is 25K–27K. The small rooms, at 6 ping, are very cramped and difficult to clean (there is no suitable space to work in), while the large rooms are extremely big at 12–14 ping (you lose money cleaning each one).
The Human Resources team—in all honesty, they are nothing more than the boss’s enforcers and do not consider things from the employees’ perspective at all. When you talk about personal relationships, they respond with rules; when you talk about rules, they respond with personal relationships. They are extremely good at running you around in circles.
The Management Department—the senior manager recently hired has experience only in housekeeping yet is also supposed to manage the entire hotel. What is this… a senior-year intern? They even brought people from their previous company into Human Resources. They do not know how to recruit, and no one understands what they are doing.
That’s all. For anyone thinking of joining, please—
Think it over carefully! Think it over carefully! Think it over carefully! Think it over carefully! Think it over carefully! Think it over carefully! Think it over carefully! Think it over carefully! No advantages
This hotel is currently operating illegally, and its business registration differs significantly from its actual operations.
The salary and benefits also fall far short, and performance evaluations are scored based on impressions.
They keep reducing staffing without regard for professional opinions at all!
The only thing is that salaries are paid on time.
Nothing else.

Too many shortcomings; there are no advantages.
The employer has absolutely no respect for professional expertise. The year-end bonus, the “three-joint gift money,” and everything else are all lies.
Employees are also forced not to apply for overtime pay and are only allowed to apply for compensatory leave.
This is a company where outsiders lead insiders. From the day it opened until now, it has done nothing but paint grand pictures.
In reality, not a single one of the branch offices it talks about can be obtained; they are merely used to deceive investors and employees.
It is a company that does not treat its employees like human beings.
The chairman defrauded EnTie Bank of NT$200 million and was detained; he still hasn’t been released RRR
This year, we probably won’t even get half a month’s worth of year-end bonus, huh~ hahaha
They’ve used all the money to pay bail for those with “chairman” in their titles
