Read the community guidelinesPersonally, I think the company makes a special effort to hire teachers from outside, and employee training is also very comprehensive. You can genuinely learn quite a lot and accumulate a great deal of experience here. Overall, this is quite a suitable place for newcomers who want to learn and gain experience.
Additionally, the boss and the boss’s wife are both quite nice.
So far, everything has been quite good.
Basically, the work isn’t too difficult, and there are many opportunities to learn. The boss and his wife are both very generous and are not stingy when it comes to their employees. Overall, this company is a great place for recent graduates with little work experience to build up their experience. You can really learn a lot here. Highly recommended!

The boss and his wife both treat the employees well and place great importance on employee quality. It is a company where everyone can grow together. They are also willing to let employees without relevant experience learn skills in that area.
Everything is still pretty good so far.
Air conditioning.
The employment contract drawn up by the company clearly violates the Labor Standards Act. For example: if you voluntarily resign during the contract period, “no pay will be provided for days 1 to 7, and half pay will be provided for days 8 to 15.” This is fundamentally a company that disregards the Labor Standards Act and exploits job seekers. Be sure to ask about the details during the interview, and don’t foolishly let the company’s outward appearance conceal its unlawful practices. There is also a possibility that the company underreports wages for labor insurance enrollment.
There’s air conditioning.
I agree with the first comment.
Also, the boss’s wife always acts as if it’s not her fault. She herself gives new employees their personal information forms to fill out very late, and as a result, labor insurance is enrolled one or two weeks late. Yet she still dares to say that the employees were the ones who filled out and gave her their personal information forms late, which is why she enrolled them late.
If you resign voluntarily, they deduct the cost of your uniform from your pay. Also, the office has such poor soundproofing that you can hear the people inside talking even when you’re outside.
