There are many of the boss’s relatives working there, and you can’t afford to offend them.
Even though those relatives have poor work abilities, they are never scolded when they make mistakes.
On the other hand, employees like us are often harshly scolded for no reason, even when we haven’t done anything wrong.
If you’re a fresh graduate, do not come here under any circumstances. They will use the excuse of helping you learn to offer you a very low salary,
but you’ll be doing the same work as the employees who left before you, and you’ll have to figure everything out on your own.
That’s why they love hiring fresh graduates—they’re inexperienced.
A place that helps you build resilience.
Please see the cons below.
The benefits are so minimal that they might as well not exist. Overtime pay? Sorry, we operate under a “responsibility system.”
Company policies change at a speed measured in “seconds,” and the new policies always leave people stunned and dumbfounded.
Whenever an employee takes leave, they try to find a way to deduct the employee’s entire salary.
When management introduces a new system, the workload doesn’t decrease—it increases exponentially!! Neither veteran nor rookie employees are spared.
They often recruit fresh graduates to jump into a certification quagmire, then call it “training.” Fresh graduates, please think twice before proceeding.
Don’t rush to start work just because you’ve been hired. Carefully observe the current situation before deciding whether to report for duty!!!
