The benefits are so minimal that they might as well not exist. Overtime pay? Sorry, we operate under a “responsibility system.”
Company policies change at a speed measured in “seconds,” and the new policies always leave people stunned and dumbfounded.
Whenever an employee takes leave, they try to find a way to deduct the employee’s entire salary.
When management introduces a new system, the workload doesn’t decrease—it increases exponentially!! Neither veteran nor rookie employees are spared.
They often recruit fresh graduates to jump into a certification quagmire, then call it “training.” Fresh graduates, please think twice before proceeding.
