I had only been with the company for less than two weeks when I was dismissed outright on the grounds that the company was in poor operating condition and that my abilities were insufficient. The projects I was handling were only halfway through. Moreover, during the 10 working days I worked there, I spent three days helping pack goods at the factory. When I asked the female owner what I had not done well, she avoided meeting me and only had the HR manager ask me to sign the relevant documents.

The owner and his wife have poor emotional control.
They often say A is okay, then say B is not okay.

The company environment completely overturned my impression of the biotechnology industry.

In fact, whenever something happens, the owner also shirks responsibility and leaves it to the subordinate managers.

Wrong ❌ The managers are only good at dragging their feet and pretending nothing is happening.
This is a company with very unstable cash flow.
They even borrow working capital from the accountant.
You hear the owner and his wife arguing all day long.
I do not recommend it. The official website is merely made attractive by exploiting employees.
It is completely a trap for some uninformed people to join the company, only to discover that they have been conned.
