The owner and his wife have poor emotional control.

They often say A is okay, then say B is not okay.

In the end, it is the employees underneath who suffer.

They even have to endure snide remarks that they do not know how to do their jobs.

The company environment completely overturned my impression of the biotechnology industry.

It claims to have handled contract manufacturing for many major brands,

but the company environment is basically of underground-factory quality.

Cockroaches and flies are also frequently running and flying around.

They have very little respect for professionals.

The owner makes grand promises and demands systems and procedures,

but the people who most often undermine those systems are he and his wife.

They have also owed suppliers payment for more than six months.

To save expenses,

they often dismiss employees on the spot the same day,

and afterward speak very badly about them behind their backs.

In fact, whenever something happens, the owner also shirks responsibility and leaves it to the subordinate managers.

Do you think the managers are any more capable?!

Wrong ❌ The managers are only good at dragging their feet and pretending nothing is happening.

This is a company with very unstable cash flow.

They even borrow working capital from the accountant.

You hear the owner and his wife arguing all day long.

I do not recommend it. The official website is merely made attractive by exploiting employees.

It is completely a trap for some uninformed people to join the company, only to discover that they have been conned.
