Read the community guidelinesWe have always been committed to creating a pleasant work environment: colleagues communicate openly, chat with one another, have lunch together, and do not engage in hostile exchanges during meetings. When work is stressful, we share the burden and solve problems together. Becoming colleagues is a kind of fate, and we cherish having met one another!
Of course, even in such an environment, there will be complaints, and we can all understand that. Choosing a job is everyone’s right, and we respect that. We also wish departing colleagues well.
The boss will not make improper deductions from salaries, nor will supervisors exploit employees. Please rest assured. If there are any work-related problems, colleagues are always welcome to raise them so that we can solve them together.
The lunch options nearby are indeed rather unappetizing.
The HR staff were very nice.
The interviewer’s attitude was extremely poor (a chubby person wearing glasses and dressed very sloppily). They acted as if they looked down on your education, experience, and so on, and kept laughing in a speechless way. They clearly didn’t want to continue talking with you. It was ridiculous—I’ve really never encountered an interviewer like this before. I felt extremely uncomfortable throughout the entire interview.

The salary and benefits listed on 104 are lies. There is no year-end bonus or holiday bonuses. The sales bonus system is actually a system of rewards and punishments: if you fail to meet your targets, money is deducted. This was devised by the inexperienced and empty-headed parachuted-in sales supervisor, Mr. Chen XX, to target veteran sales staff. He has no substance and cannot earn the recognition of his subordinates, so all day he only thinks about harming people and eliminating those below him, doing only what benefits himself. The salary discussed during the interview is different from the salary he entered on the new-hire onboarding form, so please take note: this supervisor, Chen X-Han, is extremely good at lying. He brags to everyone that he has done different kinds of work—one moment saying he was a PM, the next an executive assistant, and then a salesperson—but in reality, he knows nothing when questioned. His English is terrible, he types extremely slowly, and he is incredibly empty and incompetent. He interviews new hires simply because he wants to build his own group and faction. Filling out KPIs every month is completely meaningless; even if you get full marks, there will be no raise. Sales assistants are forced to do sales work, without changing their job title or increasing their salary, and are completely bullied and exploited by this supervisor.
The company turns off the air conditioning at 17:30 sharp. The air conditioning can only be set to 27°C, and electric fans are not allowed. After 8:30, you cannot eat breakfast at your desk, and employees have to take turns serving as the duty person.

One salary for the work of 2–3 people, and sales staff can’t get their bonuses! The casual conversations are very realistic!
