We have always been committed to creating a pleasant work environment: colleagues communicate openly, chat with one another, have lunch together, and do not engage in hostile exchanges during meetings. When work is stressful, we share the burden and solve problems together. Becoming colleagues is a kind of fate, and we cherish having met one another!
Of course, even in such an environment, there will be complaints, and we can all understand that. Choosing a job is everyone’s right, and we respect that. We also wish departing colleagues well.
The boss will not make improper deductions from salaries, nor will supervisors exploit employees. Please rest assured. If there are any work-related problems, colleagues are always welcome to raise them so that we can solve them together.
The lunch options nearby are indeed rather unappetizing.
