If I were to share my work experience as someone who has been through it before:
In a nutshell, “a place where nonprofessionals teach professionals how to do their jobs.”
When I first joined, colleagues who were about to resign advised me to be careful. Little did I know that one wrong step could lead to lifelong regret.
The work itself is not difficult; the difficult part is that your supervisor may give you incorrect instructions,
and then make you take the blame. Even when you offer suggestions, they may feel that you are just causing trouble.
The shortcomings are listed below in order:
1 – The conditions for receiving the monthly salary were not disclosed before the interview. Specifically, each month’s salary is paid in two installments, so every month employees have to check their accounts to confirm whether both payments were deposited and whether the deposited amounts match the salary.
2 – The department supervisor cannot accept suggestions, insists on carrying out wrong decisions, and will even shift the blame to subordinates.
3 – Lacks an understanding of the basic time required for execution and production, resulting in poor performance outcomes.
4 – Works in isolation and lacks the ability to communicate across departments.
5 – Sets overly low basic standards for itself while still demanding international quality.
6 – The department supervisor lacks relevant professional knowledge but still insists on giving instructions.
7 – There is no formal SOP planning; people simply muddle through, standards are inconsistent, and work is carried out entirely according to personal preferences and one’s mood at the time.
8 – It is a family business. The chairman’s son has a strong sense of authority, lacks ability, yet likes to interfere in other departments’ affairs. His way of thinking is unusual, and he will sow discord and use unpleasant words to belittle people.
9 – Salaries for the talent the company seeks are too low, while it demands highly capable job applicants.
10 – Uses factory-style management methods to quantify office employees’ responsibilities. Unclear divisions of authority and responsibility leave employees confused about their work.
The above 10 points are provided for everyone’s reference. Always retain evidence and take good care to protect your own rights, interests, and safety.
Auntie’s cooking is delicious
The chairman’s son has very poor logical thinking.
He’s already 35, yet he lacks ability and loves to make grand claims.
He likes to belittle you in order to dismiss the things you’ve done.
He likes to stir up trouble, speaking badly about people who aren’t present in front of other subordinates.
He’s clueless without realizing it. He thinks he’s done a lot, but everything he touches has to be redone.
Then he asks other people why they need to change his work.
Even when something clearly wasn’t his achievement, he claims that he did it.
But he never takes responsibility or accountability for the trouble he causes.
He only knows how to pass everything off to his father or other people.
You have to be prepared with evidence at all times because he pretends not to understand and shifts the blame onto you.
He’s petty, narrow-minded, and extremely one-dimensional.
My colleagues are all very easy to get along with
A narrow-minded frog in a well
The chairman’s son is a tumor in his own right
Very good at exploiting employees
I was threatened that if I didn’t cooperate with overtime work, I should just quit
Working for this startup brand
I really feel that the supervisor (the boss’s eldest son)
is incapable yet loves to brag
He really likes to use belittling tactics to deny everything you do
He changes his words depending on who he’s talking to
He really likes to sow discord among subordinates
Oblivious and unaware of it, he often creates messes that others have to clean up
Then he asks others why they made things this way (?!
A typical credit-stealer
He takes credit even when it clearly isn’t his
He neither takes responsibility nor faces the consequences for the trouble he causes
A complete BIG BABY
He only knows how to push everything onto his father or other people
I’ve seen incapable people before, but never anyone this incompetent
When you ask for a raise, he’ll even say you’re asking for the moon (when all you’re asking for is a salary in line with the market
