Felt disrespected during the process
The person who had their video on was clearly not listening, and I could also hear them discussing work with a colleague beside them
The main interviewer also had other background noise coming through
The interview was frequently interrupted by background noise, and the overall atmosphere was extremely inattentive
I asked how their development / refactoring process worked, such as whether they used Scrum and how many sync meetings they had per week.
The answer was almost completely empty; they could not explain any concrete practices at all
No wonder they ended up asking me, “Would you be able to accept working overtime?”

Many aspects do not comply with the Labor Standards Act, so you need to be vigilant yourself. The job duties may not necessarily be the same as those described during the interview, especially for projects at a certain company. Also pay attention during the interview process, as you may encounter a really troublesome colleague from the same staffing agency.

On-site at IBM, Angular frontend engineer
There was no coding test during the interview process
Team: The team has 21 people and uses microservices. The frontend and backend teams are roughly evenly split. There is a team lead who conducts code reviews but does not write unit tests. Overtime from 9:00 to 19:00 is paid according to the Labor Standards Act.
After the interview, HR called to ask about my expected salary and said they would provide a result within 2–3 days, but after a month there had been no response.
Entirely outsourced
There is only one HR person, and their efficiency is very poor
