Felt disrespected during the process

The person who had their video on was clearly not listening, and I could also hear them discussing work with a colleague beside them

The main interviewer also had other background noise coming through

The interview was frequently interrupted by background noise, and the overall atmosphere was extremely inattentive

I asked how their development / refactoring process worked, such as whether they used Scrum and how many sync meetings they had per week.

The answer was almost completely empty; they could not explain any concrete practices at all

No wonder they ended up asking me, “Would you be able to accept working overtime?”
