Read the community guidelinesLunch is not deducted from your pay; the only advantage.
1. When national holidays are adjusted to create consecutive days off, the company does not follow the announcements issued by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration; it follows the company's own policy (the company does not cooperate with adjustments for make-up workdays), so when everyone else has a day off, you don't.
2. Children's Day is not a day off (the company does not consider it a national holiday).
3. When a national holiday falls on a regular day off or a rest day, no compensatory day off is provided.
4. The Labor Standards Act is only partially implemented. For example, paternity leave is five days, but the company provides only one day, and it does not grant leave when it falls on a regular day off. There are many more examples, but I'm too lazy to list them.
5. Basically, there is not much protection for workers because the Labor Standards Act is only partially implemented.
6. It is very harmful to your health; if you do it for a long time, you will definitely develop an occupational illness.
7. The benefits are not very good, so think carefully before joining this company.
