Read the community guidelinesInterviews can be scheduled on holidays, and the timing is negotiable.
The boss's thoughts are very disorganized. He wanted to introduce the company but kept repeating himself and could not get back to the key points or the job details...
Or perhaps he wanted a free administrative opinion document for planning the SOP, which means this was a condition discussed during the interview, but...
He himself was unclear about the responsibilities of the person he wanted to hire, yet instead asked others to plan it for him "for free"... There is no such thing as a free lunch.
This company is very strange: after getting the work for free, they still pressured you over the weekend to submit it quickly!! If you really joined later... you would have to be prepared to be on standby 24 hours a day....
Even if they offered you 56,000 or more, with no rest and no holidays.... would you be willing to accept it???
In short, people going for interviews should take note... after listening for just a few minutes, you can probably tell what the problem with this company is.......

After submitting my résumé, the contact person from this company kept calling me. When I missed the calls, they even sent text messages. They were so persistent that it felt strange.
Later, I received a call to schedule an interview for Saturday morning, which once again made me feel that this company was strange.
At the on-site interview, I found that two job seekers were being interviewed together. The interviewer asked only two or three questions before starting to introduce the company, repeatedly talking about its past achievements (although, judging from the company's size at the site, it did not seem to have that many achievements). When I asked about the job duties, the interviewer never explained what the position actually involved, only saying that the job was in marketing @@. Nothing was explained clearly; instead, the interviewer kept going on about how capable they were. After listening, I felt that this company was really too strange. The interviewer spoke incoherently, jumping from topic to topic without making sense. Anyone with some work experience should be able to hear that it was full of loopholes.
