Pros

1. The work environment is beautiful, and the desks are large.

2. The restrooms are clean.

3. Suitable for newcomers to the workplace, with many opportunities to learn.

4. Employees get along well, and there is a strong sense of camaraderie.

5. Performance bonuses are available.

6. No need to work overtime; you can leave on time. If overtime is required, overtime pay is provided.

7. Very suitable for women with families.

8. It is easy to request leave.

9. Family-care leave is more generous than required by the Labor Standards Act.

10. The company is not very large.

Cons

1. If you have no experience, the starting salary is low. Raises are limited and lack transparency; everything depends on how the owner's wife or the business supervisor evaluates your performance.

2. New employees have a high turnover rate, and the person training you may not necessarily be familiar with your position. For the most part, you have to figure things out on your own.

3. Performance bonuses are paid according to the owner's mood, with no fixed payment date.

4. Supervisors tend to be emotional.

5. The air conditioning is ineffective, and static electricity occurs easily.

6. You need to be very good at cultivating personal relationships and putting on appearances.

7. Workloads vary greatly between departments, so choose your department carefully.

8. Although it is easy to request leave, there is no designated replacement. Whenever you take extended leave, no one at the company is available to help handle matters. The company provides work phones, and employees are expected to take them with them when they go out. Even when taking extended annual leave to travel abroad, you are expected to get up and respond to messages despite jet lag. This is not a job that pays 40,000–50,000 per month.

9. The job responsibilities are numerous and miscellaneous. Apart from the owner, the business team has the greatest say in the company.

10. The company only distinguishes between business staff and assistants. Assistants have to deal with customers, vendors, business staff, the owner, and the owner's wife. Assistants are poorly paid and are easily reprimanded. It is best not to work here as an assistant, although it can be an option if you want to grow quickly in a short period of time.

11. The division of business responsibilities is unclear. The actual job duties differ from what was discussed when you first joined. You may apply for a specialist position, only to become an assistant shortly after starting, and then discover that the entire company only distinguishes between business staff and assistants. Performance evaluations are conducted from a specialist's perspective, while the salary and bonuses are those of an assistant.

Pros

The office is very bright, the company doesn’t seem to have many employees, and the interview questions weren’t difficult.

Cons

The company had three open positions. I originally came to interview for the assistant position, but was also interviewed for the procurement position. I had to go through two interviews to finish the process. Nowadays, many first-round interviews are conducted by video.
