Cons
Some senior employees always do simple tasks. The heavy, tiring work is almost always done by newcomers or those with less seniority than them. Yet they do not want to take responsibility. Whenever something happens, they are quicker than anyone else to shirk responsibility, and they only know how to talk while putting on airs.
The interviewer was friendly, and the job responsibilities were explained very clearly.
New graduates can give it a try; it’s a job (assistant) where you can gain experience.
Six days off per month, the pay is too low, and taking Saturdays and Sundays off is not allowed.
