The supervisor and colleagues are easy to get along with, and the atmosphere is harmonious.

Cons

Some senior employees always do simple tasks. The heavy, tiring work is almost always done by newcomers or those with less seniority than them. Yet they do not want to take responsibility. Whenever something happens, they are quicker than anyone else to shirk responsibility, and they only know how to talk while putting on airs.
