Interview: Assistant Engineer, Machine Vision Inspection Systems
1. The interviewer said that engineers who stay in the role for a long time may have the opportunity to earn an annual salary of one million. (I have doubts about this point.)
2. In recent years, there have been no opportunities for business trips to mainland China. I thought business trips would be more interesting.
There are many different tasks.
They recruited a chief accountant, but after I was hired, I was severely restricted in how I could work and was unable to have my opinions heard or use my own methods. They might as well have hired an inexperienced recent graduate and trained them from scratch.
You can learn a lot and treat it like attending a cram school; overtime comes with "base salary" overtime pay.
The boss likes to interfere in things, which often causes work to remain unfinished and requires overtime.
It’s a sales-oriented company, so as for the technology...呵呵
You must clarify the salary structure, because it consists of base salary + bonuses + perfect-attendance bonus + NT$600 meal allowance (Ma Ying-jeou’s benevolent policy).
Overtime pay is calculated based on the base salary, so it may happen that your overtime pay is less than what you would earn working at 7-Eleven.
For the year-end inventory count, the boss will choose Saturday or Sunday (because overtime pay is cheaper).
