Pros

None. It's a shame—the environment is good, yet it's given to a company like this.

Cons

Located in the Science Park, yet there are actually such incompetent people here.

It took a month after applying before they notified me about the interview.

As expected, there really are problems, just as the reviews said.

They kept asking what I could do, but they couldn't understand even after I explained it.

They said that if I couldn't do anything, I could leave. No wonder they can't find employees 🤣🤣 That's hilarious—I found a job a long time ago.

I just wanted to see what I could learn here.

Given their judgmental attitude, I won't be polite either.

What a shame. As expected, they really are a textbook example of habitual XD behavior. Haha 🤣

Pros

The office building is clean

Also, when the general manager is away on business trips

Nothing else

Cons

I sincerely advise everyone not to even submit a résumé. This company really has far too many problems, and they absolutely take advantage of employees whenever they can.

1. If you are one minute late, you have to fill out a week's schedule-planning form (what time you go to bed, wake up, and leave home) and write a letter of repentance.

2. The official start time is 8:30 a.m., but after being hired, you are required to arrive at the company around 8:20 and start working immediately at 8:30.

3. The boss has very serious anger-management problems. In particular, every task handled by the graphic designers has to go through his review. When he is in a bad mood, he not only yells at you to leave the office, but also makes threatening gestures as if he is going to punch people.

4. Every week, a huge amount of time is wasted preparing daily, weekly, and monthly work reports, as well as attending meetings (new employees are especially likely to be singled out and criticized during meetings).

5. The company's computers have no Internet connection, making work extremely inconvenient. After each project is approved, you still have to ask the boss with the failed anger management to handle the export process.

6. The company introduction says that there are badminton activities, but this is a lie. Candidates are told that they will leave work ten minutes late every day, while on Wednesdays in even-numbered weeks each month they can leave at 4:00 p.m. It sounds like a good deal, but after doing the math, you will realize that you have already been made to work several extra hours over the course of a year.

7. The company specializes in violating the Labor Standards Act and exploits all kinds of loopholes.

8. It "frequently" uses poor company performance as a reason to ask employees to choose between being laid off or receiving half pay for an indefinite period. If you have any other opinion, it is treated as choosing to be laid off.

9. About half of the entire company shares the boss's surname, and they all hold important positions. You should understand why the company says in its introduction that it has many employees who have worked there for more than 20 years.

10. Being notified that you have been hired does not mean you can really wait worry-free to start work, because they will also notify other people that they have been hired. If the other person can start work earlier than you, they will let that person start first. If they think the person is good after a few days, they will send you a text message saying, "This position is no longer available because we successfully persuaded the previous employee to stay."

Pros

The general manager occasionally travels for business.

Cons

The boss and the boss’s wife are extremely poor at managing people (they only look after the company’s core employees).

1. They speak to people very disrespectfully.

2. The benefits are very poor (as far as I know, the probationary period has been extended indefinitely for “many people”).

3. The company’s work processes are cumbersome, and there are far too many meetings (even the assistants at our company have to attend a bunch of meetings).

4. The salary structure is very strange, and payments are sometimes delayed (receiving 22K at the beginning of the year, plus two months’ worth of bonuses in even-numbered months).
