Pros

You generally don’t need to work overtime, but the boss will try to get you to stay an extra half hour, even when there’s nothing to do and all the work is finished—just to put on a show for the boss.

Cons

The company seems a bit like a sunset industry. It may look like a place you could stay, but it feels like it’s really for people without ambition.

The warehouse is frequently hiring and has trouble retaining people.

Recruiting and personnel management are unprofessional, and quality inspections are very lax.

There are many miscellaneous tasks. Quality control, warehouse management, and production management are actually part of the same department, so employees are expected to provide support.

However, employees’ mindsets are divided too rigidly, which reduces work efficiency and results in very poor team cohesion.

Pay raises are uncommon. You need to go the entire year without making a mistake, which is unreasonable in itself.

Overall, it’s a place suitable for people who don’t care much about salary, are just getting by, and have no ambitions—something to use as a transitional job.

Pros

I can't think of any pros.

Cons

1. Low base salary, propped up by various allowances to create the illusion that the pay is decent.

2. The boss's wife and her family only lecture, scold, and yell at employees who can be ordered around and get work done. Those who slack off and pretend to be serious in front of the boss have it easy.

3. New hires may initially be excluded from labor insurance for the first few weeks on the pretext that they might not stay long. Later, you'll find that they simply forgot to enroll you for those weeks retroactively.

4. Even when suggestions are made, the young heir has the final say. If you offend him, he'll target you over petty matters, so don't make the young heir unhappy.

You can't challenge his expertise. Even if his methods and ideas are completely idiotic, you still can't be prejudiced against him. The boss's wife has to listen to him too.

5. The young heir treats vendors badly. Employees who don't flatter him or follow his orders are secretly sabotaged. Once you make a mistake, he reports it to the boss's wife like a spoiled mama's boy and then embellishes the story, making it sound extremely serious. He has no real understanding of employees' job responsibilities. He also habitually smokes in the factory and lets his dog urinate and defecate inside the factory and near the products.

6. Don't expect reporting issues or making suggestions to the owner's family to change anything. They only look at the surface.

7. As long as slackers don't cause problems, they are left alone (of course people who slack off, do less, and make fewer mistakes are treated better!!!). Those who work themselves to death do more and therefore have more chances to make mistakes. If you make what they consider an unacceptable mistake, they treat it as a heinous crime and your standing takes a major hit. If you make a mistake as infrequently as once a month, they may decide that a newcomer is unsuitable for the job and take the opportunity to get rid of them.

8. There are no SOPs internally, yet they want to imitate other companies by dividing work into highly specialized roles. The absurd part is that the work cannot actually be separated, because a pile of tasks will be dumped on anyone who can get things done, turning them into someone who has to learn everything. They may ask you something you cannot answer, then respond, “If you've been here long enough, you should know this,” even though it is not part of your duties. For example, a technician who has worked on the production line for 10 years may only know production-line work, yet their supervisor asks them about materials management or procurement—this kind of idiotic situation happens.

9. The bad drive out the good. Someone reported an employee for wasting company time, but nothing was done. Instead, the capable employee was given a warning. That young heir is seriously problematic. Working at this company means witnessing all of the young heir's incompetence, ugliness, and pettiness, as well as seeing how his parents spoil him to the point of ruining the company. They act as if, with money, they will never have trouble hiring people. The funny thing is that the people left behind may all be useless misfits.

10. The boss's wife and her family are excessively superstitious about feng shui. They insist that the company's poor business is due to feng shui problems, while remaining unable to see that their own son (the young heir) is actually the biggest problem. The whole family spends all day trying to save money, making employees' work inefficient and inconvenient. Employees are so unfortunate that they have to bring everything they need from home themselves. Of all the things requested from the young heir or tasks assigned by him, not a single one can be properly explained or completed. He is a textbook spoiled rich kid, mama's boy, and rotten strawberry.

In summary: The cancer of this company is the young heir, and his parents are also partly to blame. Think twice before joining. Unless you're good at reading feng shui, taking credit, shifting blame onto newcomers so they take the fall, and flattering people, you're welcome to come here to coast comfortably toward retirement—as long as you have competent people to take the blame for you...... This rating couldn't be any worse; otherwise I would have given it “Extremely Poor.”
