Pros

1. Employee actual working hours are managed rigorously. Overtime can be converted into compensatory leave, and in recent years there have been very few violations of the Labor Standards Act.

2. Most colleagues get along harmoniously and share a strong sense of camaraderie.

3. There are many employees with over 15 years of seniority. The company is not going to go under, and as long as you are familiar with your responsibilities, you can work there until retirement.

Cons

There is no established training process for new employees, and the learning objectives are extremely unclear. Senior colleagues lack patience; if you have not gotten up to speed after three weeks and are still making mistakes, you will be considered not to be learning seriously.

If you are unable to resist workplace psychological manipulation (PUA), you should be mentally prepared for an exceptionally painful initial period. If you lower your profile and endure it, congratulations—you have earned yourself a secure job that will keep you from going hungry. If you cannot endure it, there is no need to blame yourself, because plenty of people leave after working there for just one or two years.

Pros

Convenient location, and a large company won't go under. The interviewer has worked there for 20 years, and it's a good place to get married and have children. It won't violate the Labor Standards Act, because the government inspects large companies—but apparently it blatantly violates a whole bunch of labor laws anyway, haha.

Cons

1. They force interviewees to fill out an entire personal information form, including their registered address, zodiac sign, blood type, national ID number, and their family members' names and occupations. When I refused to fill it out, the interviewer even sneered at me: “I only asked you to fill out this form because I liked you. If I didn't like you, I wouldn't have asked you to fill it out at all.” Because of this emotional blackmail, I had no choice but to hand over my personal information.

2. During the interview, they barely asked about my past work experience and instead treated it more like casual conversation, chatting about my appearance, where I went in the photo, and so on. And then I got hired? It was incredibly absurd—I had absolutely no idea what they saw in me.

3. After hiring me, they even emailed me asking me to get a health examination for use when I reported to work, only to then tell me that they still couldn't hire me. It was extremely outrageous, practically treating the interviewee like a monkey. But I heard this is a common tactic used by television stations; after all, rejecting an interviewee costs them nothing.

The interviewer repeatedly guaranteed that I would be hired, but in the end the process got stuck because the HR paperwork was incomplete. It felt like the interviewer wasn't familiar with the interview procedures or principles, yet they actually dared to say they had worked there for 20 years. I had already told them during the first interview that some documents were missing; they could have rejected me then. Why drag it out to a second interview, along with a whole lot of correspondence in between, and waste both our time?

Pros

The company's interior is very new.

Cons

An hour before the scheduled interview, they hurriedly contacted me to say that they had something to take care of at home and needed to take leave.

They also did not ask another colleague to help conduct the interview.

But I was riding my scooter at the time and couldn't look at my phone at all.

I didn't see the message until I arrived near the company.

I quickly contacted the interviewer to ask whether we could hold the interview later,

because I had already taken leave for the interview.

But she said she would not be coming back to the office that day.

She even questioned me, saying, “Can't people at your company just take leave whenever they want?”

That really left me speechless.....

Although the interview was rescheduled for another day,

I ultimately did not successfully join your company.

Still, the initial interview experience

really left me feeling quite helpless.

Cons

Interviewed for a planning position. Two interviewers came.

One of them did not ask a single question from start to finish and kept a sour face; I have no idea why they came. The other, a female assistant manager, was condescending and seemed to have little social experience.

Their attitude was arrogant. They said they were very selective and would only notify me after a month if I passed, but when asked about the salary, they said that hard-working people could earn more and more.

All I can say is, it was quite ridiculous. Don't waste your time going to the interview.

Pros

The company building looks great

Cons

On the day of the interview, the interviewer took the day off, so they randomly found a colleague to conduct the interview. After the interview, they said that I would be notified regardless of the outcome, but in the end, there wasn't even a damn word! They have absolutely no respect for interviewees...
