A terrible company—do not get tricked into joining!
The boss is an outsider with no professional background, while the rest of the management is incompetent and holds all the power. If you want to experience being worked to death because the more capable you are, the more work you get, come and see for yourself.
The company culture is rigid and inflexible. The vice president has no decision-making ability and only knows how to dump work on others and make empty promises. The pay is low and the benefits are poor. When problems arise, they just push them onto the people doing the actual work and look for scapegoats. Incompetent.
Comfortable work environment
The incompetent boss refuses to retire and has no design sense. All day long, he only boasts that when he was young he could design 40 logos a day—what a joke. Whenever problems arise, he hides and avoids meetings. The company continually operates at a loss. The business department is never held responsible because of its relationship with the boss’s relatives; as long as they flatter the foolish boss, they avoid blame and find other departments to take the fall. The long-serving administrative staff are extremely scheming, spending all day eating cookies and gossiping while trying to bring you down. The design supervisor has no real authority, and the planning staff are an unprofessional assortment of people.
The boss is very rich
The boss being very rich has nothing to do with you~
Snakes and rats in the same nest—the comfort zone of long-term employees does not allow new blood to join. If you want to experience the viciousness of internal power struggles, this place will definitely leave you battered and bruised, making you leave in tears

Bad money drives out good money......
It doesn't matter if you can't do the work, and it doesn't matter if you're not professional—as long as you can talk big and sweet-talk the boss into being completely convinced, that's enough~
The boss only listens to what the people he trusts say (managing by ear); if you offend a favorite or a long-timer... you're put straight onto the blacklist!!
They won't rest until they've made your life miserable every day~~~
If you are looking for stability and do not care about raises or bonuses, this company might be a good fit for you. There are occasional group activities, and colleagues within the department are generally friendly toward one another.
The company’s positioning is unclear, and cooperation and integration among departments are poorly defined. The front-end team takes the lead and is service-oriented, which often results in wasted time and resources for the execution team.
When management does not understand the situation and listens only to one side, it ends up blaming the execution team.
There is more that could be said about the negative aspects, but I will leave it for you to experience firsthand. Everyone’s experience will be different.

The more seriously you work, the harder it is; otherwise, you leave early.
The boss only listens to pleasing words. No matter how incompetent or irresponsible a supervisor is, as long as they know how to flatter, they can sail smoothly.
Those who deeply understand this way can rest assured and spend their retirement here.
