A family business, where the old-timers all think they are highly capable and have stayed for 10 or 20 years; apparently, seniority carries a lot of weight!!
If you are more capable than them, they will undermine you, and you have to be extremely obsequious!!
Aside from having no favorable impression of family businesses, I can only scoff at the people there. Their supposedly fluent English is really laughable. It is a company with a very narrow perspective and no ability to compete. If you want to try going in and ingratiating yourself, you could consider it. Heh.

Companies where the Labor Standards Act is supposed to be the floor, but they make it the ceiling
You can check with the Labor Affairs Bureau for companies that violate the law
It looks great on 104, but in reality…
At least you can still make ends meet.
Young people, run—seriously. There are a bunch of ancient old demons in there who seem nice to you on the surface, then undermine you behind your back. Especially a certain woman who is extremely self-satisfied, talks very loudly, and is strongly favored by the boss. Anyway, you’ll understand once you experience it yourself.
Colleagues are easy to get along with, orders are steady, and the supervisor is a good person.
A family business with a responsibility-based work system. The supervisor is not assertive enough and is constrained by his parents. The company has many long-serving employees who are set in their ways and unable to keep up with progress outside, with their thinking forever stuck in the old era. As a result, communication often goes around in circles, and they are unable to accept new ideas. New employees are required not to do things in ways they are familiar with and must follow their methods, even though those methods may not suit everyone. Communication is difficult. Those who enjoy working with young people and are full of creativity and ideas are not suited to developing their careers here. People who seek stability and have an excessively deferential personality may consider it.
