Pros

Convenient transportation

Cons

There were too many written test questions, and I had to fill out the company’s internal résumé form (I really dislike being asked a bunch of private information). There was also Chinese-English translation and English-Chinese translation (some of the Chinese questions in the Chinese section were quite strange and felt like they were trying to brainwash or manipulate fresh graduates). Overall, there were far too many written test questions, and the process was excessively lengthy. I felt it was very inefficient, so I left without filling out a single word. For a job that I might not even particularly want to be hired for, I personally felt it was absolutely not worth wasting my time.

Pros

Convenient and easy-to-find location

Cons

1. As soon as you enter for the interview, you are given a stack of materials to fill out. It is a questionnaire tailored to the position you applied for, including a job-X survey and various questions about interviewing for that position. It takes about an hour and 10 minutes to complete.

2. The job-X survey repeatedly mentions respecting senior employees and not caring about the amount of pay, so you can imagine what the future work environment will be like…

3. Before the interview began, the interviewer asked me a question, then verbally abused me by saying, “This is none of your business.”

4. Before I had even started working at the company, they repeatedly addressed me by the name of the position. It was not a respectful professional title, but a derogatory term that devalued the role. Extremely rude.

5. The computer-based test was very short, but the questions were very basic, so anyone could pass by doing it casually. Also, the company's software has not been updated and uses a very old version.

6. Because the interview was in the morning and another person was interviewing that day as well, I did not have the interview until after 12 p.m. Since noon was lunchtime, the lights were turned off, and the meeting room where I was waiting was even left in the dark.

7. I waited in the pitch-black meeting room for about 20 minutes before the interviewer came to turn on the lights. Before that, he had escorted another interviewee out and opened the door for him, repeatedly saying things like “Thank you for coming to the interview” and other welcoming remarks. When he came in to interview me, his attitude changed completely.

8. When asking whether I had any questions, he impatiently asked me, “Didn't I just explain that? Why are you asking again?” His attitude was just as bad.

9. During the interview, he asked many irrelevant questions, and the questionnaire I had filled out earlier was never mentioned.

10. After the interview, the interviewer simply walked away and returned to his own seat, leaving me to open the metal gate and leave by myself. At the entrance, an employee returning from lunch saw me trying to leave and closed the door in front of me. The entire company was just like that.

11. After the interview, I felt that the company was merely looking for someone easy to order around. If you want to work as a production artist, fine, but if you want to be a designer, don't come here to be humiliated.

Pros

Only some colleagues at this company are nice; I can't think of any other advantages ^_^

Cons

The entire company is full of drawbacks

1. Management system—There is absolutely no system. Whatever the associate manager says is treated as the absolute truth, while the general manager, who is his father, is practically ignored.

2. Hardware—The company is so stingy that it does not update its computers; the latest version of Windows is Windows 7. Network access can be locked at any time if they are unhappy, sending emails is restricted, and the printer cannot connect.

3. Meeting system—There is a meeting every morning. All employees are asked to report their own problems, after which the problems are consolidated for all employees to answer, and everyone's answers are then integrated. They also hold private individual meetings to discuss colleagues' personal matters. On the surface, they like people who have their own opinions, but in reality they expect employees to obey. They like to talk about academic theories to pretend they are very capable.

4. Human resources—If they don't like an employee, they make them leave immediately. People often resign without warning, the turnover rate is high, and there are many problems with work handovers.

5. Stationery—Most items are used, and toilet paper can only be requested once a month.

6. Environment—There are four or five surveillance cameras in one office. So safe!
