Pros

Convenient and easy-to-find location

Cons

1. As soon as you enter for the interview, you are given a stack of materials to fill out. It is a questionnaire tailored to the position you applied for, including a job-X survey and various questions about interviewing for that position. It takes about an hour and 10 minutes to complete.

2. The job-X survey repeatedly mentions respecting senior employees and not caring about the amount of pay, so you can imagine what the future work environment will be like…

3. Before the interview began, the interviewer asked me a question, then verbally abused me by saying, “This is none of your business.”

4. Before I had even started working at the company, they repeatedly addressed me by the name of the position. It was not a respectful professional title, but a derogatory term that devalued the role. Extremely rude.

5. The computer-based test was very short, but the questions were very basic, so anyone could pass by doing it casually. Also, the company's software has not been updated and uses a very old version.

6. Because the interview was in the morning and another person was interviewing that day as well, I did not have the interview until after 12 p.m. Since noon was lunchtime, the lights were turned off, and the meeting room where I was waiting was even left in the dark.

7. I waited in the pitch-black meeting room for about 20 minutes before the interviewer came to turn on the lights. Before that, he had escorted another interviewee out and opened the door for him, repeatedly saying things like “Thank you for coming to the interview” and other welcoming remarks. When he came in to interview me, his attitude changed completely.

8. When asking whether I had any questions, he impatiently asked me, “Didn't I just explain that? Why are you asking again?” His attitude was just as bad.

9. During the interview, he asked many irrelevant questions, and the questionnaire I had filled out earlier was never mentioned.

10. After the interview, the interviewer simply walked away and returned to his own seat, leaving me to open the metal gate and leave by myself. At the entrance, an employee returning from lunch saw me trying to leave and closed the door in front of me. The entire company was just like that.

11. After the interview, I felt that the company was merely looking for someone easy to order around. If you want to work as a production artist, fine, but if you want to be a designer, don't come here to be humiliated.
