Pros

None at all.

Cons

There are many.

The salary stayed at 28,000 for three months. There was also no promised raise. In short, don't come work for this company. It's really terrible.

Interview position: Station administrative staff

Suitable for people who can work independently. The main duties involve sorting goods after they arrive at the station and assigning them to station staff, as well as handling back-end customer service and exceptions.

At the end of the shift that evening, deposit the cash on hand.

Cons

Actually, if the station supervisor had been there during the first interview, there would have been no need to make a second trip.

The job itself is not particularly difficult. With basic organization, a good attitude, and a willingness to sort arriving goods, record petty cash deposits, and so on, I believe many people could handle it.

Because I did not meet the station supervisor on my first trip, I proactively called to arrange another time to go over.

The next day, the station supervisor also invited me to the station for an interview. However, when I arrived, the supervisor was interviewing another person and enthusiastically said that I could join the interview as well. (This was actually the first time I had encountered a situation where someone could join an interview at the last minute.)

The explanation was that a woman had come in that morning but was unable to adapt after half a day, which was why we had the opportunity to interview. (What an absurd explanation @@)

After explaining the job duties, because I had already come in previously, I was given priority for the position.

The supervisor told the other interviewee that they would have to see whether I was willing to accept it.

At that moment, I could feel the other interviewee’s face stiffen.

(It was really disrespectful to the person who had come for the interview Q.Q)

After the other interviewee left, I had a brief conversation with the supervisor about other plans for the station in the future.

Although I was offered the position, I replied the next day that I would not be going in to start work.

I think many people care about salary, the work environment, colleagues, and so on when choosing a job.

But one thing never changes: deep down, what everyone seeks is basic respect.

Pros

Extremely stingy, unbelievable

Cons

There are some issues.

When work assignments are distributed, deliveries are assigned to the branch stations closest to the delivery locations.

However, some locations are quite far from the stations.

The company originally promised to find closer stations, but has never followed through.

They also expect employees to look for suitable stations while making deliveries.

Some senior employees have found suitable locations,

but the company keeps dragging its feet, insisting on negotiating the asking price down by NT$2,000.

(For example, the asking price is NT$12,000, but the company insists on renting it for NT$10,000.)

The company itself never sends anyone to look for stations, claiming that it is too busy.

(However, whenever employees finish work or return to the station to process shipments, they always see people standing nearby smoking and chatting.)

During a company dinner around the most recent Lunar New Year, the company handed out raffle tickets for the employees who attended to fill in.

When a relatively new employee won the grand prize, the company even tried to take the prize back using the excuse:

"You have not worked here for three months, so you are not eligible for the raffle."

At the time, all the other employees who were present joined in shouting, "Give it to the new employee!"

Only then did the company refrain from taking the prize back.

It was only afterward that they found out the prize was worth just over NT$5,000.

Pros

There are hardly any advantages.

Cons

Currently, this is a company that cannot even put together the basic essential tools for its employees to use.

Even when they do provide them, there are still many problems.

As the previous few comments mentioned,

after issues are reported, they only use all kinds of excuses to fob people off.

They say things like the tools cannot currently be provided because the company is merging with Hsinchu Logistics, for example.

They make it sound as if everything is the employees' own fault.

If you are thinking of applying for a position here recently, you should think twice.

There are many things the company simply cannot provide.

Pros

None

Cons

I’m still working at the company for now, but I’m preparing to switch jobs after the Lunar New Year.

First of all, the company only provides new hires with 50 in fuel allowance per day.

New hires are assigned to support runs, and if you’re given around 80 packages a day, you’ll have already spent over 100 on fuel by the time you finish.

Also, the monthly motorcycle subsidy is less than 2,000.

Two 600 bottles of engine oil for the vehicle leave you with almost nothing.

During the interview, they’ll tell you that you’ll receive a certain amount based on how many packages you deliver each month.

P.S. One very important point: the guaranteed base salary only applies to the “first month.”

But in the second month, there’s no guarantee that you’ll be assigned an area to cover.

In other words, if you’re still doing support runs in your second month and don’t deliver many packages, you’re screwed.

When doing support runs:

1. If you’re unfamiliar with the routes, you definitely won’t deliver many packages.

2. Senior employees also need packages, so you definitely won’t be assigned many.

3. You might finish running deliveries in area A in the morning, only to be told to go run deliveries in area B in the afternoon.

You’re burning your own fuel the whole time, and the company doesn’t reimburse you.

So, even if you work your hardest, you’ll only make a little over 26,000 in your first month.

(Unless you can handle 3,000 packages right after joining—but I’ve never seen anyone manage that many as a new hire.)

So don’t get your hopes up too much about those package-count bonuses; they’re only possible after you’re assigned your own area.

During the Lunar New Year period, the company is unlikely to provide a vehicle. To use a company delivery van, you have to borrow one from a senior employee,

or consider buying a vehicle specifically for company deliveries yourself.

That’s right—you have to buy one yourself and pay for it in installments (and the company will later take it back from you).

As for the scooters, even if the oldest ones are slowing down your work, you still have to put up with them and resign yourself to using them. As a new hire, you’re expected to use the worst ones.

Some people even work for nearly half a month before they might receive a scooter.

As for phone service, the company only provides a phone card with a monthly limit of 300.

If you use it sparingly, it’s usually enough, but you have to provide your own phone.

Besides knowing the routes and having the tools provided by the company, new hires have to pay for and prepare all other work equipment themselves. That’s how stingy the company is.

The uniform distribution is fairly decent, at least they aren’t so stingy that they refuse to provide uniforms.

But how long it takes to receive one depends entirely on the efficiency of the people in charge.

If they’re efficient, you’ll get one soon after joining.

If they’re not...they’ll just give you something temporary to wear.

The proper one will probably appear after you’ve been working for one or two months.

Also, the Lunar New Year holiday leave is shorter than what other people get.

So decide for yourself whether it’s worth it.

Pros

Most of the senior employees are very nice.

Cons

When truck drivers come across shipments they don't want to deliver, they dump them in the motorcycle delivery area.

The regular meetings held every so often are 90% nonsense and serve only to take up work time. Most of the old scanners really are terrible; only some of the new scanners are reasonably usable.

They have money to install a bunch of surveillance cameras of unclear purpose, but no money to update the tools used for work.

At the end of the day, we still have to return to the main station, where a large number of people are crammed together to scan shipments.

They could hire additional people to handle the work or set up scanning equipment at the branch stations, but they insist on wasting the drivers' time.

Pros

Independent work with a high degree of freedom

Cons

The delivery vehicles are old and worn out; the second- and third-generation models are almost unusable, and they seriously hinder work progress.

The company cannot provide company vehicles for all employees, yet it continues to recruit new people to step into the pit.

New employees can only use their personal vehicles to make deliveries, while the salary reimbursement is insufficient to cover their expenses.

The company advertises salaries that are higher than those of other logistics companies, but the overtime is the most severe.

Some routes can be completed within as little as 5–6 hours, while longer ones can take more than 12 hours.

The company also keeps urging employees to clock out before their normal finishing time.

There are considerable problems with the goods being transported, yet the required delivery rate is extremely high—over 90%.
