The supervisor interviewer was aggressive and insulting in various ways! It was an extremely uncomfortable interview experience! There is no overtime pay... They will directly state that the position is based on a responsibility system... If you're looking to change jobs and aren't afraid of being humiliated in an interview, you can give it a try! Guaranteed to make you question your life choices... I suggest that the supervisors at this company be more polite during interviews! Your company was the one that invited candidates to interview in the first place! The supervisor's attitude on-site was truly unacceptable.

Pros

The office and factory are in the same building, so most cross-department communication can be handled in one location.

Cons

The second-generation heirs running the company have no work experience other than acting like princes and princesses in their own company. Their management style is authoritarian and despotic, and they have an inflated sense of self-importance.

They can never understand the professional expertise and responsibilities of each position, so they do not even know what to write in job descriptions. Even their emails contain several typos, so the instructions they give are always unclear.

Overall, the management is quite frightening, and this is also a traditional family business that values blood relations above all else. Anyone considering submitting a résumé should think carefully.

Company B1 has motorcycle parking spaces, but you have to pay.

Cons

For a traditional privately owned Taiwanese family business like this, they generally don't pay attention to what the Labor Standards Act says. Please be aware.

Pros

The company has a coffee machine

Cons

It embodies all the shortcomings of traditional manufacturing and family-run businesses. The second-generation management is extremely poor; basically, they do whatever they want.

None visible

Cons

The interview location was dirty and chaotic.

When the interview time arrived, the HR representative still didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

They kept me waiting.

During the interview, they talked about themselves and acted very proud.

After asking me to answer a question, they then asked how it was supposed to be done.

They wouldn’t let me finish speaking and were extremely self-important.

They didn’t even understand the job responsibilities themselves.

Then suddenly they would ask how this was supposed to be done afterward.

It was really strange.

At first, I wondered whether I had answered poorly.

After the interview, I checked Tianyancha,

and only then did I understand what was going on.

A company that doesn’t even understand itself.

Whatever you do, don’t go into e-commerce. The person has an extremely strong need for control and will absolutely make you regret it for the rest of your life.

Pros

None at all

Cons

Mr. Jingwei’s attitude was extremely poor, and the HR department was completely unprofessional. After reading my résumé, they immediately called to arrange an interview, but as expected, it was only after I arrived that they looked at my résumé and discovered that I did not meet the qualifications. The salary was ridiculously low—the manpower website listed NT$25,000–28,000, an entry-level salary, yet they still required experience.

Job seekers may want to check this company’s reviews on Job Aware and iPei. The reviews are truly something. If you are considering interviewing with this company but do not have relevant experience, it would be best to clarify everything when HR calls to invite you. Otherwise, you may end up making the trip for nothing.

Inconvenient transportation

The receptionist (who was probably a security guard) had a very poor attitude and was very noisy

I applied for a design-related position, but discovered that the manager came from a sales background rather than a design background

I briefly asked and learned that it seemed not only had the previous manager left, but other members had also left, leaving only one senior colleague.

I wonder if there is some problem with the company, since almost no one is left in the design department.

During the interview, that manager spoke very arrogantly and seemed somewhat condescending toward others. It was a somewhat unpleasant experience.

Pros

No need to meet the interviewer in person

Cons

HR seemed to have a very self-important attitude. They notified me about the interview on the same day, in the afternoon, without considering the interviewee’s travel distance or schedule (at 1:53 p.m.), simply sending this message and hoping I could go to the company for an interview at 3:00 p.m.: “Our meetings are fully booked these two days. There happens to be an opening this afternoon, so if you have time, I’d like to have a chat with you (sorry for the short notice).” The whole thing was just speechless.
