Pros

High turnover; scheduling favors certain people, and the distribution of working hours is out of balance with actual work contributions. Part-time employees take home more than full-time employees while also having the easiest workload. Should scheduling authority and responsibility be entrusted to a fairer, more objective, and professional supervisor? They say that certain people cannot be asked to take on or be assigned heavier workloads. Scheduled shifts are changed increasingly frequently, and employees are even notified to provide support after work or during days off without their consent. Refusing results in being labeled as uncooperative. Yet the work is complicated, which seems to reflect the principle that capable people should do more, while certain people who have an easier time receive more overtime hours and are also protected by supervisors. It is difficult to understand why the company shields this unfair supervisor.

Overall, the company is acceptable. One member of management is professional and exemplary, and motivates and leads colleagues well; however, another senior manager’s favoritism toward certain people is obvious.

Pros

Uniforms and birthday bonuses are provided.

Drinks and food are offered from time to time.

Cons

The work schedule is constantly changing.

Sometimes changes are not announced until the day before or even the same day.

The preliminary schedule often marks a day as a day off, but later you are asked to come in to work, making it impossible to arrange your vacation plans independently.

Despite having been in business for so many years, the company has no plans for its internal operations.

Everything is adjusted on a rolling basis.

Whenever they think of something, they want it done immediately.

We often end up doing repetitive tasks.

Whenever an unexpected situation arises, they casually find someone to resolve it.

The person they choose may have nothing to do with the job responsibilities at all.

It feels like they just randomly find someone who can help get it done.

Once you try to be understanding and help the company,

after you do it, it becomes your responsibility because you know how to do it.

They even take it for granted.

It feels really awful to be taken advantage of just because you are accommodating.

Pros

It seems like there aren't any.

Cons

Very harsh toward employees, often requiring more than 12 hours of overtime without paying overtime, and even arranging for employees to repair vehicles, perform maintenance, or handle other miscellaneous tasks on their days off. They say it is necessary to cooperate with the company, but this really is not a company with a conscience.

Pros

None

Cons

Working hours are unstable, overtime pay is not provided, and no clock-in system has been established to evade labor inspections. During busy months, the amount of overtime is outrageous. Working hours are extremely long, yet no overtime pay is provided. They make it sound nice by asking employees not to quibble about working overtime during busy months, saying that compensatory leave will be provided during slow months. In reality, during slow months, they lay off most employees, retaining only one or two senior employees for temporary staffing purposes. A very terrible company.
