There is also another test during the interview, which is simply a waste of the interviewee’s time.
If you really don’t intend to hire someone, just say so face-to-face instead of playing this game of a second interview or giving them a “nice person card.”
The company has substantial capital. A birthday gift voucher of 5,000, 10,000 for travel, and 3,000 per month credited to a CPC Jieli Card. No year-end bonus. Sales staff apparently receive sales bonuses twice a year. Basic salary: 21,000. The branch manager said it is normal for experienced sales staff to earn 80,000 per month.
Most of the sales staff are older people in their 50s or 60s. Because I changed my name before reporting for duty, the branch manager said the internal process would have to be restarted and hired someone else instead.
