1. The manager is strict in their actions and emotional when managing people.

5. For social media work, only one supervisor provides effective feedback, and new employees are almost always required to come up with ideas for each post independently. In addition, the supervisor has no clear goals for managing social media.
Colleagues have gentle tempers.
1. The salary listed on the job website was slightly higher, but they later notified me by phone that the starting salary was several thousand lower (the reason given was that I was a recent graduate with no work experience, even though the job listing clearly did not limit applicants by experience or education level).
2. There was something similar to a probationary period. I first worked as a part-timer for over a month, after which, upon realizing they had no urgent staffing needs, they found an excuse to say that I was not suitable and stated that they could not offer me a full-time position.
