Working hours are fairly flexible.

There is never enough time to finish everything, and employees are required to work overtime on Saturdays and Sundays without overtime pay.

The boss expects everything to be done perfectly, and the work is constantly revised over and over. In the end, the client may not even like it.

A lot of the work ultimately goes to waste, but the situation remains the same: overtime on weekdays is also unpaid. Don’t expect much of a year-end bonus; getting one month’s salary would be something to celebrate.

They like to make grand promises, and the entire company seems to have no SOPs at all. In the end, everything is decided by the bosses.

I was overwhelmed by the workload as soon as I joined. There are many projects but not enough staff. Even though they say you can leave once your work is done, the work is simply never finished, so you can't leave. You probably really need to be passionate about event planning to be able to stay in this job. People who can't tolerate the overtime culture may not be a good fit.

Summary: Many production-line workers complain that they work a lot of overtime but earn less than 50K a month. That is not a problem here, because you may not even make 40K. Those who think their lives are too easy and too long may want to consider this place

It's basically just for gaining experience and leveling up.

I did an actual calculation based on the situation here, where overtime pay isn't provided.

During a busier quarter, the company can basically get about two months' worth of an employee's base salary out of them.

(That means there's no year-end bonus; it's the overtime pay the company owes you, plus one less month.)

It’s insanely exhausting. There’s genuinely so much work that working overtime is unavoidable. There is no overtime pay; instead, the company provides employees with a monthly subsidy in the form of a meal allowance. Your abilities will certainly improve here, but your health will definitely start showing red flags too.
