Pros
Unlimited coffee, flexible working hours
Cons
1. The overtime will work you to death; your health will be in the red within a year.
2. The turnover rate in the design department is insanely high.
3. No overtime pay. They work you like a machine and replace employees as easily as disposable chopsticks.
