Read the community guidelinesWhether the online comments are good or not is up to personal judgment. Don’t take it too seriously, everyone—just be happy. Taking it seriously means you’ve already lost, haha.
Life is short, so everyone, be happy!
I went to look into it—there was so much discussion.
The company is still… haha
It’s still okay.
This is a good company—we who work here know that best. Boss Liu is also a good boss. I’ll leave it to everyone to think about! We employees support our company and our boss—that’s all.
Hopefully this year’s spring banquet will be even grander. Last year there were eight household appliances worth over NT$12,000; hopefully this year there can be more than ten gifts worth over NT$10,000 each. The cash prizes could be increased a little too! Hahaha
Nine reviews were posted on the same day. Manager Liu at this company must really care about its image.
But the way the reviews were posted is really too fake.
It shows that the company must be terrible.
Just as seeing a group interview tells you it’s a lousy job opening looking for disposable chopsticks,
seeing reviews being posted this way means you can give it a bad review.
I have been with the company for six years. There are colleagues who have been here for over 15 years, as well as 10, 8, 5, and 3 years. Boss Liu gave me an iPhone 12—where else can you find such a generous company?!
The colleagues are too easy to get along with.
The company has a sound organizational structure, and labor and health insurance are reported based on actual salaries.
The colleagues within the company get along harmoniously, the benefits policy is comprehensive, and salaries are paid according to each person’s contributions.
I have worked here for three years. Boss Liu takes care of the employees and is truly dedicated to mentoring people. When work runs late, he stays and works alongside everyone. He has none of the airs of a boss and is a truly excellent 👍🏻 leader who values every partner who works diligently! I hope to continue under his leadership and help the company grow and prosper together!
Boss Liu is too good to the employees!
So good that he takes care of and solves the life problems of every person in the company!
I have to share about this great company! I’m a mother of three, and I’m very grateful to Manager Liu for giving me the opportunity to work here. This place helped me find the true boss of my life and gave me a stage to showcase my abilities. I’m truly grateful that Taiwan still has such a great company! The benefits are good! The pay is good! They also provide us with a work environment where we can feel secure, along with wonderful colleagues and teammates! Thank you, Boss Liu and the company!
Good bosses are hard to find!
Great company—capable people, come join us!
The benefits are too good: there’s birthday leave and an allowance to show filial respect to your parents. You won’t find this at other companies.
I was shocked to see some useless person criticizing our company and criticizing Boss Liu, who takes care of employees and fights for benefits for everyone. We are all furious. I am a female employee who returned to work at the company after resigning. I joined Junda right after graduating and worked here until I went abroad. After returning to Taiwan and working for another company, I came back because Boss Liu was still working at the company. This company rewards people who are willing to put in effort 💪 with better salaries and benefits. The benefits at this company also exceed the requirements of the Labor Standards Act. Aren’t most companies paying high salaries but reporting lower wages for labor insurance?! At Junda, because Manager Liu insists ✊ on it, we are all insured based on our actual salaries. Through my own efforts, my monthly salary has been consistently above NT$45,000, and I have even received salaries exceeding NT$60,000. Boss Liu sees my efforts. This company treats everyone who is willing to contribute and take responsibility fairly. Don’t randomly criticize a good person and a good boss!
He works alongside everyone through thick and thin, works together with us, and is always encouraging and cheering everyone on! Don’t hide behind others and criticize people just because you lack the ability yourself!
We are all real people who work seriously at this company!
There is a group of colleagues here who share hardships and joys and help one another!
I’m very happy 🥳 to work hard and strive together with Boss Liu here!!
The boss is very kind and is easily persuaded by everyone to treat us to meals and buy drinks for everyone! Haha 😄
I had been with the company for less than a year when I was given a free company trip. They even let me participate in the lottery, and overtime pay is provided according to government regulations. I can happily work and earn money here. I’m very grateful to Boss Liu. I have now been working at Junda Company for more than a year, and the boss is truly a very good person. I’m very thankful to him. Sorry, I’m Vietnamese and I don’t speak Chinese very well.
The boss buys boxed lunches and drinks for us and treats us to meals because he’s afraid we’ll go hungry and lose weight—haha.
I am Vietnamese, and I have worked at this company for six years. I don’t know how there could be such a great company and boss. The owner of this company does not underreport salaries to avoid paying taxes, and overtime pay is calculated and paid to all of us according to the Labor Standards Act’s overtime rates of 1.34 and 1.67. The benefits are even better than those required by the Labor Standards Act. For example, in addition to the annual paid leave entitlement, employees who have completed one year of service receive an extra day of birthday leave. We also receive a filial-support allowance for one of our parents: $12,000 per year to help care for our parents.
Not only Taiwanese employees—even Vietnamese employees like us receive these benefits.
Can anyone tell me whether other companies offer benefits like these?!
Sometimes they buy Starbucks coffee or other drinks for everyone, or afternoon snacks. When we work overtime during dinner hours, the boss occasionally even buys boxed meals for all of us. Everyone has gained weight…
A good company isn't afraid of being compared—come work here.
A high salary plus an iPad—an Apple tablet—that's me!
This company is for capable people. Those without academic qualifications or experience don't need to be afraid at this company. This company only needs hardworking people to work here. If you come here in the beginning only wanting a high salary or an easy, laid-back job, then don't come. Go find a company that will take in waste products like you! But no company wants to hire useless people, right? Only useless people write complaints to attack others. During the pandemic, our company’s Boss Liu not only did not lay off employees, did not cut salaries, and did not impose unpaid leave, but also held a two-day, one-night spring banquet that everyone enjoyed (hosted by the company). Eight colleagues won prizes worth more than NT$10,000 each, six people received additional bonuses of more than NT$5,000, and at least ten people also won prizes worth more than NT$5,000. More importantly, when the company faced the pandemic, while many companies outside did not provide year-end bonuses at all, he still gave everyone a one-month year-end bonus. In addition, people who contributed to and helped the company received various gifts: one person received an iPhone 12, five people received Apple Watches, three people received Apple iPads, and three people received Hunter backpacks worth NT$10,000. Useless people, please stop cyberbullying others and the company online!!
Only capable and competent people can earn high salaries here!
None of the colleagues here have any way to get rid of useless trash.
This is not a place where useless people can survive!!
Willing to hire inexperienced people who are willing to work, just import them. (They will be drained of their youth and life.)
The sales manager surnamed Liu is despicable and sexually harasses female employees.
The company has long relied on government cooperation subsidies for graduates; turnover is high.
