I am Vietnamese, and I have worked at this company for six years. I don’t know how there could be such a great company and boss. The owner of this company does not underreport salaries to avoid paying taxes, and overtime pay is calculated and paid to all of us according to the Labor Standards Act’s overtime rates of 1.34 and 1.67. The benefits are even better than those required by the Labor Standards Act. For example, in addition to the annual paid leave entitlement, employees who have completed one year of service receive an extra day of birthday leave. We also receive a filial-support allowance for one of our parents: $12,000 per year to help care for our parents.
Not only Taiwanese employees—even Vietnamese employees like us receive these benefits.
Can anyone tell me whether other companies offer benefits like these?!
