Pros

The benefits are just about acceptable, but if you are assigned to the right department, it can really be a good company.

Cons

I previously interviewed with the HR department at this company. To be frank, during the interview, the interviewer seemed to boost her own perceived abilities by belittling others. She repeatedly emphasized that she had just joined the company and that she had previously worked at the Ambassador Hotel. After being hired and working there for a while, I felt that this supervisor had made me question my own physical and mental well-being. She engaged in severe emotional bullying and also involved other colleagues. It was a very poor work environment, and even after resigning, I still cannot forget how they treated me.

Pros

For a traditional industry company, it is fairly decent as a place to work.

Cons

You absolutely cannot imagine how exhausting it is to work under a manager with severe panic disorder and persecutory delusions. From time to time, because of their own panic disorder, they think that others are speaking ill of them behind their back, and then use that as an excuse to make things difficult for you at every turn or subject you to various forms of workplace bullying. Even more outrageous, they ask employees from the department below them to take them out under various pretexts, yet require those employees to drive them home and pick them up again before the end of the workday. If your company continues to let this X竹 district manager do whatever they want, I will expect your company to make the news because of a workplace bullying incident.

Pros

The company’s colleagues are generally easy to get along with.

You can have a great time in the right department.

Complies with the Labor Standards Act.

Cons

Basically, it’s a traditional industry company, and things became especially outrageous after the second generation took over. Internally, you can generally only become a manager through connections; otherwise, you have to be extremely servile, and professionalism is not respected.

You can have an easy time until retirement if you’re in the right department, but in information-related roles, it depends on whether you’re an R&D employee. Aside from R&D, everyone is treated like a lower-class worker and worked to death.

Pros

Accounting skills test, résumé submission, and manager interview (a newly listed company with insufficient staff and growing operations, so overtime may be required); the workplace is large and looks okay.

Cons

• The process takes about an hour and a half.

• They hope internal staff can work flexibly and support one another, and there may be rotations.

• They asked how previous work experience could be applied to the new position.

• There is also an approval process by senior management, so confirmation takes two weeks.

Pros

In 2022, I received a phone call a little after 10 a.m. asking when I could come for an interview. The caller asked and answered their own question.

They directly requested an interview at 2:30 that afternoon.

On the ground floor, you need to exchange your ID card with the security guard first.

Take the elevator to the sixth floor. Then, the receptionist will give you a blank résumé form to fill out. Once you finish, hand it back to the receptionist, who will notify HR.

The entire process from handing it over to notifying HR took only about two minutes.

Next, HR will lead you to a meeting room, but the person interviewing you will be a manager.

HR only shows you the way throughout the entire process.

During the interview with the manager, the manager will first ask about the information you wrote above.

The manager will have their own copy and add additional notes to it. Basically, this manager expects you to ask them questions yourself and rarely takes the initiative to ask you other questions.

If you have encountered some very strange companies where questions are asked in a roundabout way, you should use that approach here as well.

Simple and clear questions are more practical here.

Basically, they will answer anything you can ask.

However, if your question is slightly complicated and involves two or three different aspects, they may lose sight of the main point and answer only one part of it.

Cons

This is an interview experience. It is placed under “Cons” simply because separating it makes it easier to read.

The following information is provided for reference; please judge for yourself whether it is good or bad.

1. The company has a one-hour lunch break.

2. They will require you to state a salary expectation.

3. They generally answer every question, but for overly complicated questions, they will answer only the first part (limited to job-related questions).

4. The company has parking spaces, but because there are too many employees, there are no extra spaces available for new employees.

5. The parking lot also has no rotation system. Basically, those who arrive first will definitely get to use a space, while those who arrive later definitely will not.

6. As for the warehouse, inventory is counted once a week. They will notify you that it needs to be counted, and you have to find time yourself to conduct sample counts.

7. Inventory counts must be error-free.

8. From the conversation, I learned that the company cares a great deal about mistakes—strictly enough that even typos can cause problems.

9. If your résumé does not include an autobiography/personal statement, this company absolutely will not review it.

10. If you make a typo while filling out the résumé, you are basically done.

11. They expect you to fill out the résumé as completely as possible. The more blank space you leave, the less likely they are to hire you.

12. They say they are results-oriented, but the actual situation is still unknown.

13. The salary is said to amount to approximately 15 months’ pay in total.

14. Perfect-attendance pay is included in the salary.

15. During the year, there may possibly be a salary adjustment in July. As for how much it will be and how it will be adjusted, you will only find out after joining the company.

16. If you ask about other benefits or things you need to prepare, HR will email you if you are hired.

17. I asked question 16 because they asked how soon I could report for work, and I answered that it would depend on how much preparation the company required from me.
