The benefits are just about acceptable, but if you are assigned to the right department, it can really be a good company.

I previously interviewed with the HR department at this company. To be frank, during the interview, the interviewer seemed to boost her own perceived abilities by belittling others. She repeatedly emphasized that she had just joined the company and that she had previously worked at the Ambassador Hotel. After being hired and working there for a while, I felt that this supervisor had made me question my own physical and mental well-being. She engaged in severe emotional bullying and also involved other colleagues. It was a very poor work environment, and even after resigning, I still cannot forget how they treated me.
