What characters do you see?
I really can't think of any advantages at the moment.
Take a closer look at these reviews........
Listen to what your seniors say—you definitely won't lose out.
The company looks fairly large from the outside.
Unfortunately, it's all flash and no substance.
You'll know how dirty the environment is once you join.
It would be one thing if a small company simply lacked systems,
but the internal management is truly chaotic.
The employee turnover rate is also high.
The old employees are very old and the new employees are very new—there's a gap between them.
Those with high salaries do nothing but talk and shirk responsibility.
The atmosphere at work is really weird = =
Even with fewer than 30 employees, everyone still has to scheme against each other.
Regarding the salary issue you're concerned about:
The benefits listed on 104 are all made up.
Once you join, you'll find that there are no benefits at all.
Of course, they get people in first and worry about the rest later.
The salary is as low as it can possibly be.
Those with high salaries do nothing but talk and shirk responsibility.
Those on low salaries have to do everything and shoulder all the responsibility.
Do they actually have an annual bonus or not??
During the interview, they will definitely say: “Depending on operating conditions.”
In reality,
you'll know once you join.

Senior management gives a lot of autonomy and trusts young people
Many young colleagues are short-sighted and unable to see the long-term potential
Most colleagues get along well.
Engineers make easy money without using their brains; having insiders to cover for you means no worries.
Assistant engineers are cheap and durable; they need to take care of everything important.
Chen is unreliable, but excels at causing damage.
You can learn a lot~
Assistant engineers are affordable, durable, and useful!
The distribution of work is uneven; it could be done better! Keep it up!
Can slack off and coast
Master’s degree hires are not paid a master’s degree salary
The boss makes big promises about a doubled-salary plan, but there is no year-end bonus or holiday gifts; you can’t even afford to buy a vest.
They privately hand out red envelopes, which sounds nice as consolation for not getting a raise, but it creates even more problems.
The company has a work-study master’s program partnership with a diploma mill.
The work-study master’s students are all useless and can’t do their jobs well.
They just leave right after graduation.
Some departments are exhausting, while others are very busy.
It is extremely unfair.
A five-day workweek, I guess......
No bonuses for the three major holidays
No sign of a year-end bonus
The promises of raises are all bullshit
The management are probably all garbage
They also form factions
In short, it’s a total mess
