Read the community guidelinesNo overtime required
The boss has an extremely bad temper and treats both employees and customers this way. During work hours, they will also ask you to help with “private” matters.
1. 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., no overtime
1. **Underreporting salaries for labor and health insurance**
2. After work, you have to spend time taking out the trash and tidying up the pantry
3. The space is very small; your screen faces either customers directly or the boss
4. Difficult to communicate with
5. If they show even the slightest displeasure, they fire you on the spot
6. They pay low wages but act like they’re doing you a huge favor
7. They have a foreign degree but only superficial knowledge; they think they know everything, but actually just get in the way
8. Unrealistically ambitious
Punctual working hours.
1. There is a lack of systems and management mechanisms, so getting many things done requires going through a lot of unnecessary detours.
2. During working hours, communication with colleagues about anything unrelated to work is prohibited. The use of mobile phones or listening to music is completely forbidden; if you are caught, it is pretty much the end.
3. Unreasonable work schedules.
4. Making the boss happy is more important than the accuracy of the work itself.
5. The labor and health insurance that was promised may not necessarily be provided; after joining, you will have to do your best to negotiate for it yourself.
