Read the community guidelinesYou can resign or be dismissed at any time. There is a high degree of freedom.
I dreamed that there was a female supervisor who was also a partner. In the dream, her emotions fluctuated wildly. She would often disappear whenever something went wrong at the company, then reappear and take credit once the crisis had passed. She would reprimand employees in front of the male boss. The male boss in the dream had a very good temper, but unfortunately, he had no brains and was often deceived, repeatedly laying off employees as a result. I clearly remember in the dream that this female supervisor had offended an unknown number of department-store floor managers across Taiwan. The customer complaint calls the company received were not due to problems with the products, but rather to this female supervisor’s emotional state and management ability.
The only advantage is the flexibility.
The company benefits are poor, and there is no structure.
I share the same understanding with a certain level, and can resign at any time, but conversely, I can also be dismissed at any time without prior notice. They may suddenly tell you that today is your last day. Although it was quite sudden, looking back, it turned out to be not too bad!
I was a hourly employee who was laid off by the company.
The severance pay calculation for hourly employees was completely different from the calculation actually provided by the labor department.
The rules explained to you during the interview were completely different from what you actually encountered while working. Whenever the company wants to add a rule to protect itself, it can add one at any time.
There are many more things I could say, but typing this is too tiring, so I’ll stop here for now. If you’re interested in the rest, let me know below~
New Balance has an American-style culture and still has a well-established system. After hearing what my colleagues had to say, I’m also leaving a comment to recommend it.
The staff could be increased.
When I joined the company, I received seven days of annual leave, which is better than what is required by the Labor Standards Act. The boss is considerate of employees: even when targets aren't met during difficult economic times, bonuses are still paid. There is also overtime pay, occasional company dinners, employee purchase discounts, and free company products for employees to try. I think Xinboer is a very good company.
As a new employee currently working here, I want to say a few words in the company's defense.
All I know is that the company's managers come from international brands, and you have to be qualified enough to survive here.
Too good to new employees
