I feel that this place probably wouldn’t pass labor inspections, health inspections, and so on.
Huh?
My current monthly salary is more than twice the year-end bonus I received when I first joined this company. It’s not that the job I found is particularly good—it’s that Yude Technology and Dale Siwen Creative can be as outrageous as it gets.
The historic buildings are well preserved and restored, and the scenery is beautiful.
The operator, Yude Technology, has wasted these historic buildings and the scenic surroundings. The various managers they hired lack competence, with poor emotional control being especially deplorable. The system appears to follow the Labor Standards Act, but is riddled with loopholes. I advise all employees working here to fight for the rights they are legally entitled to. Subordinate regulations must not exceed the parent law; do not simply give up after being casually placated, patted on the head, and given some sweet talk. The culture of “having connections means being exempt from consequences” is highly undesirable. Focusing only on numbers while ignoring employees’ happiness index has resulted in constant turnover and an inability to retain staff. Dale司文創股份有限公司 has no cultural creativity—it's just a pit.
If you have connections, nothing is a problem.
Students are easy to bully? When business is slow, we’re out of luck—classes get cut and we’re sent home, leaving just a handful of us. Then, if a bunch of customers happen to come in, we work ourselves to death?

What is this?
Constantly cutting work shifts, constantly cutting work shifts, constantly cutting work shifts; unilaterally changing the employment contract!

When the weather is bad, employees are forced to leave work early and make up the hours later; when business is slow, employees are forced to leave work early and make up the hours later; overtime can only be exchanged for compensatory leave; there are no opportunities for raises as mentioned during the interview; benefits continue to be reduced; professionalism is not respected; senior management act superior; this restaurant is suitable for people with an extremely submissive nature; it is impossible to feel where the cultural creativity is; it is simply a restaurant that exploits history and historic buildings for consumption—a restaurant that oppresses students.
