A strange company with a very strange salary structure.
The salary structure for internal staff is the same as that for sales staff. The standards for internal staff are based on the boss—the happier the boss is, the more performance bonuses you get!
The systems are underdeveloped, professional competence is lacking, and the boss has unique ways of thinking.
The interview process is unprofessional. The supervisor cannot understand the interviewee’s expertise and often falls asleep 😪
If you are looking to join in order to learn and pursue a career, this is not suitable!

Sales position
The interview was originally divided into two sessions—one for measuring instruments and one for tools—but for some unknown reason, everyone ended up being interviewed together.
With so many people, the quality of the interviews naturally declined.
The starting salary is NT$26,000, plus a NT$2,000 perfect-attendance bonus. For a company in the Neihu Technology Park, this is laughably low.
You are required to provide your own car for sales duties, but there is no subsidy.
There are also many other details, and it feels like the company wants to take advantage of applicants in every way. I sincerely do not recommend applying for a job at this company.

As soon as I arrived at this company for the interview, there was no one at the reception desk. The people inside saw me but did not help contact anyone, so I just waited cluelessly for a long time. It was quite speechless. After finishing filling out the forms, I had to wait again. Overall, it left an extremely poor impression!
