24,000 is the starting salary upon joining
30,000 is the salary cap after two years
A salary increase is only available if the performance review is satisfactory; it is uncertain whether the salary will successfully reach the cap after two years
Leave is in accordance with the Labor Standards Act; once the work is done, you can take care of personal matters or surf the internet to pass the time.
The starting salary is low, and raises are slow and small. Senior employees bully newcomers, and reporting it to supervisors gets no response, allowing workplace bullying by senior employees to continue unchecked. The company will not proactively dismiss unsuitable employees. If possible, please choose another company.
