Take the currently advertised material management position as an example, with a monthly salary of 24,000–30,000
24,000 is the starting salary upon joining
30,000 is the salary cap after two years
A salary increase is only available if the performance review is satisfactory; it is uncertain whether the salary will successfully reach the cap after two years
