The HR department left a very poor impression. As a woman, from submitting my résumé through the on-site interview, I was repeatedly addressed as “sir” by HR. When asked why I wanted to leave my current company, I answered that I wanted to return to my hometown to be closer to and care for my family, but HR questioned whether this was genuine. They even made remarks suggesting that my family members were not old enough to be unable to care for themselves. Throughout the conversation, they repeatedly questioned the reason for my resignation, which made me very uncomfortable.
The building is impressive, security access is strictly controlled, the company environment is clean, and they are quite willing to invest in hardware and equipment.
A certain senior female HR employee was extremely inappropriate! Matters such as marital status, health status, and medical records are all considered “personal privacy” and are unrelated to the job, yet she insisted on prying into them relentlessly. Even worse, she mocked the interviewee: “You’ve been unemployed for so long—don’t you need money?”

Especially the Qinfeng plant (a bunch of people who left in less than a year
What the hell.
They only use canned messages from job banks to brush off applicants who are interested in the company’s openings and meet the requirements. Does your company know that your laziness is making it look bad?
The department manager was very polite and courteous.
I intentionally left the ID number field blank on the interview information form, but when I was leaving, HR came over and asked me to fill it in, saying it would make expense reimbursement easier??? (I hadn’t even been confirmed as hired yet, seriously!) I obediently filled it in, and then it was confirmed that I wasn’t hired. I really don’t understand why HR insisted on asking for my ID number before I had even been hired???
