Read the community guidelines1. A large company with considerable scale

3. No self-introduction required, and no questions about previous education or work experience
1. The interview environment lacked privacy and respect. It took place directly in the busy lobby, and delivery personnel were periodically placing or unloading goods at the interview table and greeting the interviewer.
2. After the interview, they asked, “Is your personal information the same as on the job bank?” I answered, “Yes.” The interviewer replied, “Okay, then I’ll print it out and look at it myself,” but still asked me to handwrite a résumé and autobiography. (Since they’re the same, why ask me to handwrite another copy and waste time? Are they worried that someone else wrote the one on the job bank?) What a waste of time—I had to write another résumé and autobiography, plus take a psychological test (100–200 questions).
Warehouse Clerk (Wufeng District)
Monthly salary: NT$25,000 (senior high school or vocational high school) to NT$28,000 (junior college or above)
During the interview, they tell you that you have to wait for notification from the Taipei headquarters. When you call to inquire, they keep asking you to submit additional information and then tell you to wait for notification. (At the time of the interview, there were already two warehouse clerks working at the plant.)
