1. A large company with considerable scale
2. The actual salary is much higher than the range listed on the job bank
3. No self-introduction required, and no questions about previous education or work experience
1. The interview environment lacked privacy and respect. It took place directly in the busy lobby, and delivery personnel were periodically placing or unloading goods at the interview table and greeting the interviewer.
2. After the interview, they asked, “Is your personal information the same as on the job bank?” I answered, “Yes.” The interviewer replied, “Okay, then I’ll print it out and look at it myself,” but still asked me to handwrite a résumé and autobiography. (Since they’re the same, why ask me to handwrite another copy and waste time? Are they worried that someone else wrote the one on the job bank?) What a waste of time—I had to write another résumé and autobiography, plus take a psychological test (100–200 questions).
