Read the community guidelinesThe office atmosphere is extremely tense. Every day, the managers either berate people or make them take the blame. This includes both the overseas business manager and the marketing manager. They only know how to talk and cannot get things done; they push everything onto their subordinates. If you want to learn something, I suggest not going there, because the managers will even take credit for your work and tell you not to claim any credit!!!
They keep setting up companies under various names, which seems suspiciously like money laundering. The turnover is extremely high—they basically trick people into joining, and often an entire group of employees leaves at once. The owner and managers act as though they do not care. If the products sell well, they take all the credit; your hard work has nothing to do with it. Anyone willing to be exploited can go there. The male marketing manager is the most hated person in the entire company. He uses sweet talk to tell people how hard he works and is a first-rate actor. Other than the incompetent owner, who believes him, no one does. You will learn nothing and still be exploited and forced to take the blame. The owner always thinks the managers are wonderful! This company is also divided into factions: the chairman and the general manager are on the owner's side, and there is a huge, chaotic power struggle! It is extremely terrifying. Friends who do not believe the warnings can go there and see for themselves.
Also, when they first recruit you, they make you sign a thick stack of documents to protect their own company, because they enroll employees in labor and health insurance at only the minimum level... All I can say is, this company is astonishing.
There are no advantages. The responsibilities you were interviewed for are completely different from what you actually do. The factory is also very remote, and although meals are provided, they taste terrible and you are charged 25 per meal. This company lures you in and is not as good as it appears from the outside.
At the factory, managers at every level are individualistic and self-serving. As long as they flatter the boss in all sorts of bizarre ways, they can continue to survive, while making the people under them take the blame. The boss is also an incompetent blind man. The turnover in the entire office is extremely high—more than 30 people leave in a year. You apply for a marketing position, but they expect you to know design, handle ad placements, and make all kinds of unreasonable image edits! Most importantly, they will also ask you to work overtime at the factory, packaging products alongside migrant workers. If you do not go down to help meet a shipment deadline, you will be subjected to sarcastic remarks from various managers and from the boss, Mr. Shen. The boss is also extremely patriarchal, treating himself like the emperor of the factory—essentially an incapable person who cannot be helped. On top of that, he mistakenly trusts the eunuch-like Mr. Lu, nicknamed SXSa. This marketing manager is also bizarre in all sorts of ways: he works unlimited overtime at the company in exchange for compensatory leave, but spends the time on his own affairs. He has no ability and only knows how to curry favor with the blind boss. You will not learn anything at this company; instead, you will constantly be assigned a great deal of work.
The main point is that the boss recently started some kind of Amazon project and set up another office called Cool X Leisure Company. The design work and internal ERP key-entry orders are extremely traditional and cumbersome. This alone is exhausting enough, but they also require people to go to the factory to pack shipments, move chairs for tea parties, and constantly worry that ODM/OEM customers will find out. The designs alone were revised hundreds of times. You not only have to do marketing, but also pack shipments and send things out every day—running all kinds of errands and wasting your life. Manager Lu will only tell you to obediently follow instructions; otherwise, he will make you leave, and you will leave. This is a bizarre company with bizarre managers. If you want a good salary, you can give it a try, but what it is like in the end is hard to say. The overseas sales position changes hands every two months; more than 40 people have left in just two years. Good luck, everyone—feel free to give it a try~
There are no advantages, thank you. At the moment, it looks like a company with no prospects (I don't know about the future, though ^^—I'm not saying it's good or bad).
The company is located in a remote area, and most employees are in their forties or fifties and above. The calculation of overtime pay is illegal. When I asked about how overtime pay was calculated, HR eventually bluntly stated that the company was simply not operating legally and could not meet my expectations. The next day, they bypassed my supervisor and immediately terminated my employment. My supervisor did not say a word or show any concern. It was as if I had never worked there, as if they did not know me. After I was dismissed, my supervisor did not show any concern through either a word or a message. Before I joined the company, they promised a housing allowance, but when I started, they pretended not to know what I was talking about and said they had never heard of it. They are very unfriendly toward people from out of town, and they will terminate you without hesitation, completely disregarding whether you moved here with great effort specifically for this job. Some colleagues were also not very friendly toward me. The office atmosphere constantly fluctuated with the temper of a supervisor with low emotional intelligence. Whenever something went wrong in the factory, colleagues from other departments would come over to argue and raise their voices, as if whoever spoke the loudest won. The entire office was noisy and chaotic, with people shifting responsibility back and forth, yet no one wanted to solve the problems together. I feel that some of the company's employees lack refinement, and their overall quality is not particularly good. This company may be more suitable for people who need to save money and have a high tolerance for enduring difficulties in various aspects.
