The HR department is nasty, only knows how to scold people, and can’t handle things.
Unprofessional—the entire company has no idea what it’s doing.
Poor benefits; the boss is somewhat stingy.

Very high turnover
Very poor benefits
There is not much of an internal system
Employees often suddenly disappear without anyone knowing, and there is no handover of work. Those who remain will have a very difficult time, and any work the previous person failed to complete will also be blamed on you.

As everyone mentioned previously,
after the interview, I truly realized
that the quality of this company's HR is really low
Bright environment
The first interview went pretty well. I waited a month to hear about the second interview, and HR apologized over the phone, saying that the company was relocating, which was why the interview had been delayed until then. However, when I went in, the interviewer told me that the previous person had resigned after working for only two weeks because the pressure was too great. I felt a little uncomfortable at the time. It was the same company, yet two people gave different explanations. I decided to let it go since the second interview itself went fairly smoothly. Two days later, I asked HR about the status and was told that they were still in the interview stage and would not have a result until the end of the month. But then I waited another two weeks, and when I called to ask, I received the very official response: “We’re sorry. You’re very good, but you’re not a good fit.” I was completely dumbfounded. Throughout the application process, I was very proactive, while you were very passive. I just don’t understand: if I wasn’t a good fit, why didn’t you tell me sooner instead of waiting for me to take the initiative to ask? I don’t understand what your hiring criteria are. More than two months have passed, and the position is still posted.
Bright environment
What exactly was HR being so hostile about? They asked whether I had any other questions, so I asked, “Does the company provide an annual bonus?” HR snapped back, “Is that really important? Do you have to ask? Didn’t I just say there are bonuses for the three major holidays? You don’t know what the three holidays are?” (Bonuses for the three major holidays are not the same as an annual bonus, okay? So unprofessional, yet still acting so aggressive.) Besides, this is not something the company is legally required to provide; the Labor Standards Act does not stipulate that it must be given. Even if they don’t provide it, it’s not illegal. Are you asking me to answer this now just to set a trap for me? (Paranoid much—why would an interviewee set a trap for the interviewer?)
When they asked again whether I had any questions, I didn’t want to ask anything anymore. Then they said, “Do you have any questions about the working hours?” (Seriously, what kind of question could there possibly be about the working hours?)
The company environment is clean
If I were the boss... HR should be let go! You can feel that they are impatient with the work, and overall, they leave a bad impression. They even kept going around in circles with me in English, saying “anyway”....
Interview: One résumé, one Chinese-to-English translation, and one English-to-Chinese translation
The interviewer was the supervisor/senior colleague responsible for the position being interviewed for. They were quite nice and easy to communicate with, and the conversation was very pleasant.
Company atmosphere: Very quiet, somewhat awkward
Conclusion: No response (The requirements for certifications, experience in the same position, and other aspects seemed too high, while the salary also seemed disproportionate. This position was not suitable for someone like me, who could handle the work as long as they were willing to learn. Sorry, I don’t have high scores, a high level of education, or experience in the same position (though I do have relevant experience), and I have never studied abroad (but I am still capable of communicating with foreigners).)

The employees looked completely expressionless when they saw the interviewee.
The interviewer did not smile at all either.
It felt as though working there was very painful.
They did not show any expression even when handing me the test paper to complete.
The interviewer was stern and unsmiling during the interview.
The accounts had only been organized through May.
No one provided a handover, so I had to teach myself.
Very average
Applied for a design position, but it felt like I was constantly being belittled by the designers from the original company
Can't think of any advantages.
A company that makes people feel very unprofessional. After I had already arrived, they asked me to go to the interview—as if they clearly hadn't even looked at my résumé.
During the interview, they even asked, “Did HR ask you to come?”
May I ask how many employees your company has? The internal procedures are problematic even when it comes to interviews, yet you turn around and ask who told the applicant to come. Isn’t that ridiculous?
They didn’t explain anything at all about the salary, benefits, or company policies. The whole thing was just ridiculous.
E-commerce talent is urgently needed; everything is starting from scratch. It will be very demanding, but of course you will also learn a lot.
Working hours are 8:30–18:00. Because sales channels are currently being developed and the products are sold to end consumers, support is needed on holidays during peak seasons. Overtime is compensated with time off in lieu.
